  • Phase 2

    • Non-fat milk
    • Cottage cheese
    • Plain yogurt
    • Eggs
    Because many vegetarians consume a lot of pasta or rice, and these foods are not allowed on the HCG Diet, you will be excited to know that Shirataki noodles (also called Miracle noodles) comes in many forms and shapes, including “rice.” This will make it easier to convert many of your favorite dishes to meals you can eat while losing weight.
  • Phase 3
    When you finish Phase 2, you will find a wider variety on your HCG Diet food list. Phase 3 vegetarian options also include nuts, butter, other cheeses, and heart-healthy fats.
  • Phase 4
    When you complete the stabilizing portion of the HCG protocol in Phase 3 and have reached your weight loss goal, you will begin a “normal” lifestyle where you can make the right choices to maintain your trim, new figure. Many people tell us that even though they can now eat regular pasta and rice again, they have become used to the Shirataki noodles and decide to stick with them in place of pasta. At this point, there is no longer an HCG Diet food list. Phase 4 vegetarian options give you the freedom to eat what you want – but use the tools you learned to make the healthy choices.
