HCG Diet Recipes Phase 3

HCG Diet Recipes Phase 3

Congratulations – you have completed Phase 2 of the HCG Diet and lost an unbelievable amount of weight during the past six weeks (four in some cases). You are now ready to move forward with Phase 3 of the HCG Diet where you will stabilize your body at this new, trimmer weight. Are you ready for some more HCG Diet recipes? Phase 3 lets you incorporate many new foods into your daily meal plan. This gives you increased variety each day.

If you have reached your target weight loss goal, you will remain on Phase 3 before moving to Phase 4 – lifelong maintenance. If you still have more weight to lose, you may need additional cycles of HCG injections. If so, you will stabilize with Phase 3 for a shorter time before repeating Phases 1 and 2 again. This process can be continued as many times as necessary until you complete your weight loss.

Because the recipes for Phase 2 of the HCG Diet are so delicious and easy to prepare, many people ask us how to convert them for Phase 3. In the next two sections, we will show you how to incorporate additional mealtime options into your HCG Diet plan Phase 3 recipes.

How to Convert Your HCG Diet Phase 2 Recipes for Phase 3

Phase 3 of the HCG Diet is all about making the right choices. Your caloric intake will first increase to 1000 calories a day, and, depending on your results and how your body handles this process, you will then move up to 1200 calories a day. Your weight loss advisor here at Weight Loss Medical Center will guide you through this process. When it comes to HCG Diet recipes for Phase 3, it is best to use your Phase 2 recipes as the basis for your new meal plans.

For example, when looking to convert a dinner of Shirataki noodles, marinara sauce, and meatballs for Phase 3, you could add eggplant to the marinara sauce. Your chicken or steak stir fry can now have cashews or nut butter added for an authentic touch. A nice salmon and spinach quiche made with real butter and some cream cheese is great for breakfast and lunch.

Our best HCG Diet Recipes Phase 3 free tips for conversion feature one of the recipes from our Phase 2 page – the Virgin Sparkling Mojito. You can now add your favorite alcohol to this drink for a real Mojito.

Favorite HCG Diet Phase 3 Recipes

Just as we did for our Phase 2 recipe page, we are going to feature 3 of our favorite recipes for Phase 3 of HCG Diet. These come straight from our recipe booklet, but we are doctoring them up a bit here to feature Phase 3 foods.

Recipe 1 – Sweet and Sour Chicken

100 grams chicken breast
½ orange, ½ lemon with rind
1 cup water
1 tablespoon Bragg’s liquid amino acid
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon lemon and/or orange zest
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of onion powder
1 tablespoon hot sauce
Cayenne pepper to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Stevia to taste

In a frying pan or small saucepan place ½ orange and ½ lemons with the rind in water and boil until pulp comes out of the rind. Remove rinds from the water and scrape out remaining pulp and juice with a spoon. Add spices, onion, and stevia to taste. Add chicken and cook until liquid is reduced by approximately half and desired consistency is achieved. Add onion and garlic powders which act as a slight thickening agent. Serve hot and garnish with lemon.

Makes 1 serving (1 protein, 1 fruit)

Phase 3 modifications: Add a small amount of fresh pineapple, bell pepper, and chopped mushrooms.

Recipe 2 – Tuna Tacos (Original Phase 2 recipe is for chicken)

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon thinly sliced onion
1 clove garlic crushed and minced

In a small frying pan cook tuna in hot olive oil – remove and set aside, keeping warm. Add onion, garlic, and spices. Deglaze pan with lemon juice or a little water. Serve tuna taco style in butter lettuce or romaine leaves or top with salsa.

Makes 1 serving (1 protein, 1 vegetable)
