Here is a printable instructions guide for how to mix the HCG injections for weight loss using a 5000 IU vial of HCG and a 5 ml syringe. Other size instructions follow below:
- First Step – Vial Preparation
- Uncap both the HCG and bacteriostatic fluid vials
- Remove a fresh alcohol sterilizing swab from its package and wipe it across the tops of the two vials to sanitize them before continuing – allow to air dry
- Second Step – Preparing the Bacteriostatic Solution
- Unwrap the 5 ml syringe and ensure the cap/needle are securely fastened
- Remove and set aside the needle cap
- Draw 5 ml of air into the syringe by slowly pulling back the plunger
- Insert the tip of the needle all the way into the bacteriostatic solution cap
- Discharge the air into the vial by slowly pushing down the plunger
- Tip the vial over with the needle held securely in place so that the solution covers the needle tip and then withdraw 5 ml of bacteriostatic fluid into the syringe by carefully pulling back the plunger
- Carefully remove the needle from the vial, setting the vial aside
- Third Step – HCG Reconstitution
- Insert the filled syringe needle tip into the center of the HCG vial cap
- Tilt the vial, aiming the needle at the side
- Push the plunger slowly in so that the bacteriostatic solution runs down the side of the vial – not directly into the HCG
- Once empty, remove the syringe needle from the HCG and replace the needle cap
- Gently swirl the HCG vial to mix the solution – Do Not Shake
- If the HCG contains particles or crystals, set the vial aside for 15 minutes before rechecking
- Needle Disposal
- Take the used 5 ml syringe and twist off the capped needle and discard it in the provided Sharps container
- Throw the empty used syringe in the trash
